Trouble viewing the site?
This site has been designed for high-resolution computer displays. We recommend a minimum of 1280×1024. If you aren’t sure how to change your resolution, keep reading:
For Windows Users:
- Close or minimize all open windows so you’re at a clean desktop.
- Right-click somewhere on the desktop (anywhere). A menu will appear.
- For Windows XP and below, select Properties and left-click
- For Windows Vista users, select Personalize and left-click
- XP and lower users will see a screen that looks like this:
- On XP, click the Settings tab. On Vista, click Display Settings.
- You will now have a screen like this (it may look slightly different on Vista):

- On the left, under Screen Resolution, drag the slider to the right, towards More. This may make the fonts appear smaller on your screen, but you can click Apply and test each setting before keeping it. We recommend 1280×1024. Vista users can adjust the size of the fonts separately by going into Adjust Font DPI in the Personalize screen, so there’s more freedom to crank up the resolution and not sacrifice legibility on Vista.
For Mac Users
sorry, I don’t have any screenshots — if someone knows how to take screenshots on a Macbook, let me know)
- Click the Apple in the top left.
- Select and click System Preferences
- From System Preferences, click Displays under Hardware
- Select your resolution under Resolutions. For widescreen monitors, 1280×800 works fine.
You should end up with something that looks a little more like this:
We are making adjustments so that the site works with 1024×768 resolutions, also, but we designed the site for higher resolutions in mind.
